Great location, good size apartment, kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessary dishes, cookware and utensils. Sauna, steam room and pool use included in room rate and was very nice.

We stayed 5 nights. There is no cleaning service during your stay, which is fine, except that they did not even provide us with replacement towels throughout the week. They also will not give you extra toilet paper. Guests are expected to buy additional toilet paper (only 1 roll is provided) if they need it. Considering the price of the apartments, I think this is quite stingy.

Staff were very helpful and the apartment was nice and quite.

Luggage services need to be improved a little. It was quite uncomfort to take the luggage all the way long to the apartment in the next building of the reception building. Other than that it is highly recommended.

Reasonable facilities, location and value.

The front desk is not staffed in the evening and there is no after hours contact number. The Booked.net website lists check in times until 12:00 am, but when we arrived at 8:15 pm the lobby was closed. There was a key in an evelope taped to the reception door, thankfully, but no information, no contact number, and no sheets for the pull out bed so our boys had to sleep directly on the mattress. When the matter was raised with the staff the next morning, they told us to be happy we did not sleep in the car. While acknowledging they knew about incorrect information on the Booked.net site, the staff took the position that it was not their problem nor their responsibility to contact guests ahead of time with the correct hours. Be careful!

Great location in Chamonix, France. Good for family travel. Comfortable and convenient.

Great facility and fairly priced. Can't beat the location in the heart of Chamonix, right under the mountain and a short walk from train stations and Aiguille-du-Midi cable car station.

Office wasn't open for check-out until 0900, and it was unclear as to what expenses (even though minor) would need to be paid out upon check-out rather than up front -- such as parking.

We liked its central location in Chamonix. We also appreciated the swimming- pool and steam room after a day spent walking in the mountains.

The apartment was advertised as being suitable for 6 persons, it wasn'T. We were 3 adults and another would have been uncomfortable, 6 would have been impossible.

Good value, clean, convenient location.

The lack of standing room in the apartment for people who are 1.85 m tall.

Центральное расположение идеальное. Апартаменты были очень уютные и теплые. Гостиная просторная. Наличие двух ванных комнат было бы идеальным вариантом. В шкафу много места для вещей

Персонал на ресепшне добрый, приветливый и очень полезный. Расположение идеальное. Очень близко ко всему, к железнодорожному вокзалу, к большому количеству магазинов, рынков и ресторанов. Понравились удобные кровати.

Центральное расположение, но здесь тихо, открывается вид во внутренний двор с небольшим садом. Несмотря на то, что нам не дали парковочное место, есть бесплатная парковка в трех минутах. Дружелюбный и полезный персонал. Здесь есть хорошо оборудованная кухня, удобные кровати. Апартаменты рассчитаны на четырех человек

В течение 9 дней пребывания в номере не убирали; у нас был один комплект полотенец на 9 дней, не дают дополнительные полотенца в бассейне.

Отличные кровати, прекрасный вид с балкона, хорошая кухня со всем необходимым. Очень хорошее использование пространства. Здесь тихо и спокойно. Я обязательно вернусь!

Большой, дешевый и расположенный в центре города отель. Персонал был замечательным, дружелюбным и гостеприимным.
